{"id":50930,"date":"2025-12-19T13:24:16","date_gmt":"2025-12-19T16:24:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=50930"},"modified":"2026-02-04T08:52:16","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T11:52:16","slug":"este-ano-la-municipalidad-de-tupungato-gestiono-mas-de-200-escrituras-de-vivienda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=50930","title":{"rendered":"Este a\u00f1o la Municipalidad de Tupungato gestion\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 200 escrituras de vivienda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Antes de finalizar diciembre se firmaron seis nuevos documentos notariales que regularizan la situaci\u00f3n dominial de m\u00e1s vecinos del departamento.\u00a0La obtenci\u00f3n de la escritura representa un paso fundamental para las familias, ya que garantiza seguridad jur\u00eddica y abre la posibilidad de acceder a cr\u00e9ditos con respaldo legal.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el 2025, la gesti\u00f3n del Intendente Aguilera, a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Vivienda, concret\u00f3 la entrega de 200 escrituras de vivienda. Seis de ellas se firmaron ayer por la ma\u00f1ana en el despacho del jefe comunal, con la presencia de las familias beneficiarias, del Director de Vivienda Municipal, Javier Pulido, y de la Escribana Silvina Iturralde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este avance fue posible gracias al trabajo articulado de la Direcci\u00f3n de Vivienda, \u00e1rea que encabeza Pulido, junto al \u00c1rea Notarial de la comuna, cuyo acompa\u00f1amiento result\u00f3 determinante para que los vecinos pudieran concretar este tr\u00e1mite tan esperado. Adem\u00e1s, remarc\u00f3 la importancia de haber podido destrabar situaciones hist\u00f3ricas, como el caso del Loteo Tisa, donde durante a\u00f1os no se pod\u00eda escriturar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pulido explic\u00f3 que actualmente existen distintos escenarios de regularizaci\u00f3n: viviendas construidas hace m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os por el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda (IPV) que ahora reciben su escritura; lotes bald\u00edos donde el IPV no intervino pero igualmente se otorga el t\u00edtulo de propiedad; y nuevos barrios donde la vivienda y la escritura se entregan de manera conjunta.&nbsp;<em>\u201cNuestro objetivo a futuro es que cada nueva vivienda se entregue con su escritura correspondiente\u201d<\/em>, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, el Municipio avanza con la construcci\u00f3n de nuevos barrios como Viejo Vi\u00f1edo y Reconstruir, ambos en TISA- Cord\u00f3n del Plata, y Balc\u00f3n del Valle Etapa 3 en el distrito El Zampal, reafirmando la importancia de completar el proceso habitacional con la titularidad dominial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Direcci\u00f3n de Vivienda se invita a los vecinos a acercarse a la oficina ubicada en el primer piso de la Casa de la Cultura para recibir asesoramiento y evacuar dudas, reafirmando el compromiso de la gesti\u00f3n Aguilera en seguir generando pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas que mejoren la calidad de vida de la comunidad tupungatina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Intendente-3.mp3\"><\/audio><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Intendente<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Dir.-Vivienda.mp3\"><\/audio><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Dir.
