{"id":50595,"date":"2025-11-27T13:03:06","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T16:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=50595"},"modified":"2025-12-01T09:33:03","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T12:33:03","slug":"el-31-de-diciembre-vence-el-plazo-para-adherirse-al-plan-de-regularizacion-de-edificaciones-no-declaradas-en-tupungato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=50595","title":{"rendered":"El 31 de diciembre vence el plazo para adherirse al\u00a0Plan de Regularizaci\u00f3n de Edificaciones No Declaradas en Tupungato"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El HCD mediante la Ordenanza 08\/25, puso en marcha este plan que tiene por objetivo que todas las personas que posean construcciones sin declarar o fuera de norma puedan regularizar su responsabilidad legal y evitar sanciones futuras.<\/strong><br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El 31 de diciembre vence el plazo para adherirse al Plan mencionado, quienes accedan deber\u00e1n presentar la documentaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica obligatoria, cumplir con los requisitos legales vigentes, abonar los aforos correspondientes sobre los cuales podr\u00e1n acceder a un descuento en los recargos por multa.<br>Las vecinas y vecinos que tengan construcciones irregulares deben gestionar la regularizaci\u00f3n mediante un profesional id\u00f3neo -arquitecto, ingeniero, maestro mayor de obras entre otros- encargado de presentar los planos reglamentarios exigidos por el C\u00f3digo de Edificaci\u00f3n departamental.\u00a0<br>Adem\u00e1s, tendr\u00e1n que pagar las costas y sanciones establecidas seg\u00fan la superficie construida, presentar las Declaraciones Juradas del profesional responsable y del propietario, contar con Libre Deuda Municipal (si existiera deuda, se podr\u00e1 cancelar al contado o gestionar un Plan de Facilidades).<br>El Plan permite cancelar aforos y recargos en hasta cuatro (4) cuotas mensuales, iguales y consecutivas, favoreciendo as\u00ed que m\u00e1s contribuyentes puedan regularizar su situaci\u00f3n sin demoras.<br><br><strong>Requisitos para Regularizar<\/strong><br><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica<\/strong><br>-Plano de relevamiento<br>-Detalle de superficie<br>-Ubicaci\u00f3n de bocas sanitarias y el\u00e9ctricas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n Personal<\/strong><br>DDJJ de profesional id\u00f3neo (ingeniero, arquitecto, maestro mayor de obras)<br>DDJJ de la\/el propietaria\/o<br>Libre Deuda Municipal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Costos seg\u00fan superficie<\/strong><br>Hasta 150m\u00b2: aforo de edificaci\u00f3n, sin recargo.<br>De 150 a 250m\u00b2:aforo de edificaci\u00f3n + 30% sobre lo que exceda los 150m\u00b2.<br>M\u00e1s de 250m\u00b2: aforo de edificaci\u00f3n + 70% sobre lo que exceda los 150m\u00b2.<br><br><strong>Asesoramiento y Consultas<\/strong><br>La oficina de Obras Privadas brinda atenci\u00f3n personalizada para resolver dudas sobre el Plan, de lunes a viernes de 7 a 14 h, en el Edificio Municipal (Belgrano 348).
