asumieron total derecho de posesi\u00f3n de los terrenos donde se encuentran sus viviendas construidas por el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El acto mediante el cual las cuatro&nbsp;familias signaron las escrituras se realiz\u00f3 ayer en presencia del Secretario de Gobierno del Municipio, Leonardo Luconi en compa\u00f1\u00eda de la Escribana P\u00fablica Noelia Camisay&nbsp;y el Director de Vivienda, Javier Pulido.<br>La Notaria fue quien previo a la concreci\u00f3n de las firmas les explic\u00f3 a los vecinos y vecinas que a partir de ese momento los lotes figuran en los registros p\u00fablicos bajo dominio de ellos, incluyendo todos los costes y servicios de tasas e impuestos.<br>Las familias que firmaron las escrituras tienen sus casas en la manzana \u00abP\u00bb y son&nbsp;Elsa Montenegro y Elsa Almuna,&nbsp;Lidia Bernasconi y Mario Rodriguez,&nbsp;Claudia Tito y Juan Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez,&nbsp;Cinthia Reinoso y Gustavo Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este avance se enmarca en el prop\u00f3sito del&nbsp;Intendente&nbsp;Gustavo Aguilera&nbsp;de seguir garantizando que m\u00e1s familias puedan acceder a la escrituraci\u00f3n de sus viviendas, consolidando as\u00ed su derecho pleno a la propiedad y brindando mayor seguridad jur\u00eddica sobre sus hogares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
