El evento se realizar\u00e1 en la Plaza departamental y comenzar\u00e1 a las 15h con la presencia de artesanos, emprendedores, vitivinicultores,&nbsp;elaboradores de productos regionales a base de class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Adem\u00e1s, en conmemoraci\u00f3n al&nbsp;<em>D\u00eda del Animal<\/em>&nbsp;-se\u00f1alado en el calendario cada 29 de abril-, se promover\u00e1 el cuidado y bienestar de las mascotas con stands de las asociaciones protectoras que acudir\u00e1n con perritos y gatitos en estado de adopci\u00f3n y otro puesto con veterinarios del \u00c1rea de Zoonosis donde realizar\u00e1n la aplicaci\u00f3n de vacunas antirr\u00e1bicas de&nbsp;forma gratuita.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este es el tercer a\u00f1o consecutivo que Tupungato puede celebrar junto a las vecinas y vecinos su Festival, que lleva el nombre de dos de sus bondades latitudinales: la Nuez y los Vinos de Altura, emblemas del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de la
