Entre las pr\u00e1cticas disponibles se puede optar por\u00a0ciclismo, f\u00fatbol, bochas, voley e iniciaci\u00f3n deportiva<\/strong>\u00a0con entrenamientos y partidos semanales organizados por categor\u00edas; tambi\u00e9n\u00a0atletismo adaptado,<\/strong>\u00a0con sesiones de entrenamiento en pista y campo y equipamiento espec\u00edfico.
Las clases son dictadas para personas con discapacidad que se manejen de manera aut\u00f3noma y para quienes cuentan con asistencia personal pueden participar con su acompa\u00f1ante.
Inscripciones\u00a0<\/strong>
En la oficina de la Direcci\u00f3n de Deportes y Recreaci\u00f3n se brinda toda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria sobre las pr\u00e1cticas, requisitos y el proceso de inscripci\u00f3n para el cual se solicita fotocopia de DNI y Certificado \u00danico de Discapacidad; asimismo al momento de completarla se debe llenar una ficha m\u00e9dica.\u00a0
La atenci\u00f3n en la oficina es de lunes a viernes en horario de 9 a 21h, en el Polideportivo Municipal calle Mosconi 791.
Participar en deportes adaptados ofrece numerosos beneficios, mejora la salud f\u00edsica, favorece a mantener y mejorar la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, la fuerza y la flexibilidad; fomenta la interacci\u00f3n y el compa\u00f1erismo, permitiendo a los participantes hacer amistades y trabajar en equipo. El bienestar emocional tambi\u00e9n es un punto a favor en la actividad f\u00edsica regular, ya que puede reducir el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n, mejorando autoestima y confianza. Adem\u00e1s, quienes participan tienen la oportunidad de ser parte de diferentes\u00a0torneos, capacitaciones y compartir viajes y din\u00e1micas\u00a0recreativas.
