{"id":23585,"date":"2021-09-30T12:30:31","date_gmt":"2021-09-30T12:30:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=23585"},"modified":"2021-09-30T12:30:31","modified_gmt":"2021-09-30T12:30:31","slug":"inscripciones-para-realizar-el-curso-de-manipulacion-de-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=23585","title":{"rendered":"Inscripciones para realizar el Curso de Manipulaci\u00f3n de Alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La correcta manipulaci\u00f3n de alimentos contempla todas aquellas medidas y acciones que tienen directa e indirectamente que ver con los alimentos ya sea como materia prima, en su proceso productivo, etiquetado, distribuci\u00f3n, entre otros.<br>Los encargados de asegurar que estos mantengan sus cualidades organol\u00e9pticas \u2013sabor, aroma, textura, etc.- y su inocuidad son los manipuladores de alimentos, por lo tanto es imprescindible que como responsables se capaciten e instruyan para prevenir toxiinfecciones en los consumidores y propiciar seguridad alimentaria.<br>Seg\u00fan establece el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino todas las personas que est\u00e1n en contacto con alimentos, en las diversas etapas de la cadena, deben contar con un carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos expedido por la autoridad sanitaria competente.<br>La capacitaci\u00f3n a cargo del \u00c1rea de Bromatolog\u00eda Municipal permite adquirir conocimientos sobre pr\u00e1cticas y pautas a la hora de tratar con alimentos.<br><strong>Procedimiento del Curso<\/strong><br>Est\u00e1 a cargo de profesionales del \u00c1rea, con una duraci\u00f3n de 3 a 4 horas aproximadamente, dictado mediante la plataforma Zoom (aplicaci\u00f3n para videollamadas y reuniones virtuales, accesible desde computadoras de escritorio, computadoras port\u00e1tiles, tel\u00e9fonos y tablets).<br>Por su parte, aquellas personas que no cuenten con acceso a internet o dispositivos para realizar el curso, deben notificarlo en el \u00c1rea para coordinar otra modalidad de capacitaci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n.<br>Quienes aprueben la instancia calificadora, reciben una notificaci\u00f3n para luego poder retirar el carnet correspondiente, cuya vigencia es de un a\u00f1o.<br><strong>Pr\u00f3ximas fechas<\/strong><br>-13&nbsp;de&nbsp;octubre: 8h<br>-27&nbsp;de&nbsp;octubre: 8h<br><strong>Inscripciones<\/strong><br>Los interesados deben dirigirse a la Direcci\u00f3n de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Control (1\u00ba piso del edificio Municipal), de lunes a viernes de 8 a 13h.<br>En relaci\u00f3n a los requisitos para acceder al Curso la Coordinadora del \u00c1rea de Bromatolog\u00eda, Lic. Carolina Manoni, especific\u00f3, \u00abTiene un costo de $200 por persona y al momento de hacer la inscripci\u00f3n nos tienen que indicar un correo electr\u00f3nico para poder enviar el material de lectura y cargarlos en el aula virtual\u00bb. &nbsp;<br><strong>Documentaci\u00f3n a presentar<\/strong><br>-DNI<br>-Correo electr\u00f3nico<br>-Tel\u00e9fono de contacto En caso de locales gastron\u00f3micos u otros, en los que varias personas del mismo lugar necesiten realizar la capacitaci\u00f3n, el responsable o referente del lugar puede reunir los datos que se solicitan de cada
