El\u00a0objetivo\u00a0de\u00a0esta iniciativa es\u00a0mejorar las pr\u00e1cticas de carneos familiares en el\u00a0departamento\u00a0y prevenir la enfermedad \u00abTriquinosis\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0<br>El Director de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Control, Pablo Lombardich, indic\u00f3\u00a0\u00abLa idea de esto es que la gente pueda consumir un producto con la seguridad de que haya sido analizado. Este servicio es posible gracias a la inversi\u00f3n que se realiz\u00f3 en tecnolog\u00eda para nuestro laboratorio municipal, lo que permiti\u00f3 procesar muestras y hacer la t\u00e9cnica de digesti\u00f3n artificial para la identificaci\u00f3n de estos par\u00e1sitos\u00bb.\u00a0<br>Una vez requerido el an\u00e1lisis, desde\u00a0la\u00a0divisi\u00f3n, coordinar\u00e1n\u00a0con los interesados\u00a0d\u00eda y horario para que los bromat\u00f3logos asistan a los domicilios particulares con el fin de tomar las muestras durante el carneo, o bien de los embutidos ya elaborados. Asimismo los profesionales brindar\u00e1n asesoramiento para mejorar la pr\u00e1ctica del carneo.<br>La Licenciada en Bromatolog\u00eda, Carolina Manoni, junto al equipo municipal, son los encargados de realizar los an\u00e1lisis mediante la t\u00e9cnica de digesti\u00f3n artificial en el laboratorio habilitado, que se encuentra instalado dentro de las inmediaciones del Camping Municipal.<br>Por otra parte,\u00a0quienes realicen explotaciones comerciales pueden solicitar el servicio abonando una tasa en Tesorer\u00eda Municipal.<br><strong>C\u00f3mo puedo solicitar el servicio<\/strong><br>De forma personal\u00a0dirigi\u00e9ndose a la oficina de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n y Control -ubicada en el 1\u00ba piso del Municipio (Av. Belgrano 348) de lunes a viernes\u00a0de\u00a08\u00a0a 12.30h, o telef\u00f3nicamente al n\u00famero 2622578427.<br><strong>Qu\u00e9 es la\u00a0Triquinosis<\/strong><br>Se trata de\u00a0una enfermedad producida por un par\u00e1sito con forma de gusano Trichinella Spiralis que se encuentra alojado en los m\u00fasculos de los cerdos y otros animales salvajes, como el jabal\u00ed y el puma.<br>La infecci\u00f3n se produce por consumo de carne de cerdo y otros animales salvajes (jabal\u00ed, puma) sin\u00a0control sanitario; embutidos, chacinados, salazones sin troquel o r\u00f3tulo de identificaci\u00f3n del elaborador.<br><strong>Recomendaciones para prevenir la enfermedad<\/strong><br>-Consumir productos c\u00e1rnicos chacinados (salazones y embutidos) con identificaci\u00f3n del origen (direcci\u00f3n del elaborador), r\u00f3tulo o troquel con n\u00famero de habilitaci\u00f3n (R.N.E Y R.N.P.A y\/o SENASA).<br>-Comprar carne o lechones con sello de inspecci\u00f3n sanitaria veterinaria. Teniendo en cuenta que el ahumado o salado no mata el par\u00e1sito.<br>-Cocinar carne, lechones, embutidos a temperaturas mayores a los 75\u00b0C, al pinchar no debe emitir jugo rojizo.<br><strong>S\u00edntomas<\/strong><br>-P\u00e9rdida de apetito<br>-N\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mitos<br>-Dolor abdominal y diarrea<br>-Hinchaz\u00f3n de p\u00e1rpados<br>-Inflamaci\u00f3n de las conjuntivas oculares<br>-Fiebre<br>-Dolores musculares<br>Ante la presencia de s\u00edntomas de esta enfermedad, el consumidor deber\u00e1 acudir inmediatamente a un m\u00e9dico, Hospital o Centro de Salud m\u00e1s cercano e indicar los productos consumidos, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, conservar los productos sospechosos para su an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls src=\"http:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Analisis-Triquinosis-Dir.-Fisc.-Control-Pablo-Lombardich.mp3\"><\/audio><figcaption>Dir.
