El Municipio quiere acompa\u00f1ar y asesorar a los interesados en adquirir un terreno propio, ya que existe un alto n\u00famero de reclamos y falencias en la obtenci\u00f3n de los servicios b\u00e1sicos que debe poseer un terreno en condiciones cuando se quiere realizar alg\u00fan tipo de construcci\u00f3n una vez comprado.
\u201cSe encuentra lamentablemente mucha gente vendiendo terrenos en forma, podr\u00edamos decir, clandestinas sin hacer previa urbanizaci\u00f3n o loteos obligatorios, entonces se encuentran con un terreno que despu\u00e9s no figura en catastro y por ese problema tampoco puede empadronarse para tener los servicios necesarios\u201d asever\u00f3 Carlos Chafal\u00e1, Encargado del \u00c1rea de Obras Privadas y advirti\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda tener especial atenci\u00f3n ante la transacci\u00f3n de inmuebles.
Algunos lotes no poseen las condiciones de urbanizaci\u00f3n, como as\u00ed tampoco la parte legal o fraccionamiento reglamentario y en ocasiones, a ra\u00edz de ello, se torna imposible completar los tr\u00e1mites correspondientes.
