{"id":21077,"date":"2020-10-02T09:35:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-02T09:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=17682"},"modified":"2020-10-02T09:35:00","modified_gmt":"2020-10-02T09:35:00","slug":"avanza-buen-ritmo-la-construccion-diferentes-barrios-tupungato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tupungato.gov.ar\/?p=21077","title":{"rendered":"Avanza a buen ritmo la construcci\u00f3n de diferentes barrios en  Tupungato"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gracias a la labor conjunta de las Uniones Vecinales, el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda (IPV) y el Municipio, cientos de familias tupungatinas ya han cumplido el sue\u00f1o de la casa propia, mientras otras aguardan la concreci\u00f3n para sentir realizado el proyecto de tener su hogar.<br \/>\nEn la actualidad se encuentran en importante avance de ejecuci\u00f3n los emprendimientos de las Uniones Vecinales \u201cAl pie del Cristo\u201d, \u201cSanta Trinidad\u201d, \u201cArc\u00e1ngel Gabriel\u201d, \u201c17 de octubre\u201d, \u201cA.M.P.A.R.A.\u201d, \u201cJos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez II\u201d y \u201cVecinos de Tupungato\u201d, 7 proyectos que se encuentran emplazados en Loteo TISA, los cuales cuentan con la urbanizaci\u00f3n correspondiente, e instalaci\u00f3n de red de agua y luz.<br \/>\n<strong>Avance de Obra<br \/>\n<\/strong>Estos barrios en construcci\u00f3n hoy se encuentran en el siguiente avance de obra:<br \/>\n-Al Pie del Cristo Rey: 95%<br \/>\n-Vecinos de Tupungato: 90%<br \/>\n-Santa Trinidad: 85%<br \/>\n-Arc\u00e1ngel Gabriel: 75%<br \/>\n-17 de octubre: 70%<br \/>\n-Jos\u00e9 Hernandez: 45%<br \/>\n-Ampara: 30%<br \/>\nAsimismo desde la Direcci\u00f3n de Viviendas aseguran que muy pronto se concretar\u00e1 la entrega de 22 casas correspondientes a la Uni\u00f3n Vecinal \u201cAl pie del Cristo\u201d y 15 del grupo \u201cVecinos de Tupungato\u201d.<br \/>\nEn total, estas anheladas obras beneficiar\u00e1n a 141 familias, que conf\u00edan y han trabajado incesantemente para cumplir una gran meta.<br \/>\nPor su parte el Director a cargo, Javier Pulido record\u00f3 el rol fundamental del Municipio en la ejecuci\u00f3n de los barrios \u201cEl proyecto comienza en la Uni\u00f3n Vecinal trayendo todos los requisitos. El Municipio lo completa, agregando la parte legal, notarial y t\u00e9cnica. Cuando est\u00e1 terminado lo gira al IPV, que es el que le da el visto bueno final y lo financia llamando a licitaci\u00f3n: estudia las propuestas, adjudica, firma los contratos con las empresas y luego vigila, controla y paga a las empresas\u201d.<br \/>\nDesde la comuna animan a aquellas Uniones Vecinales que se est\u00e1n iniciando a acercarse al Municipio para elaborar un proyecto barrial y posteriormente remitir al IPV para que el Departamento siga creciendo en obras y principalmente con el objetivo que cada familia de Tupungato pueda cumplir el sue\u00f1o de la casa propia.<br \/>\n<strong>Informes y Consultas<br \/>\n<\/strong>Oficina de la Direcci\u00f3n de Vivienda (seg\u00fan finalizaci\u00f3n de DNI para circular), de lunes a viernes de 8 a 13hs., Las Heras y Mosconi,
